• Account data: your email address and authentication credentials.
• Billing data: subscription status and customer identifiers from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics (e.g. pages viewed, queries run) used to operate and improve the Service.
• Cookies: essential cookies for sign-in sessions and security.

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
• To process subscriptions and prevent fraud;
• To respond to support requests and send service-related notices;
• To understand usage and improve features.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our cloud host (AWS) and payment processor (Stripe) — under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational needs. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights").

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, apply least-privilege access, and store secrets in a managed vault. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data. See our Security page for details.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@orbian.net.

We operate on cloud infrastructure that may process data in the United States and other regions. By using the Service you consent to such processing consistent with this policy.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
